We noticed that they do not always update the tracking information on the USPS website, that's why your parcel could be on its route to you already.

It is possible that when your postman attempted to deliver the package you were not at home (this is one of the most common reasons for the delay). Could you please check with your local post office personally as it is possible that your parcel is already there?

We are sorry to hear that your cigars were not waiting for you at the Post Office.

We have opened a claim with Swiss Post and started our usual tracking procedure which takes two weeks. As soon as it finishes, we will let you know and if we do not manage to locate your parcel by that time, we will either reship your cigars or issue refund.
