I've ordered some Cohibas and Montecristos to give out during the holidays. My dilemma is how to give to a hand full of people without having to hand over the goods to people who don't appreciate what I'm giving out. It's hard to give to one brother-in-law or nephew without offering to the others, who aren't smokers at all. I guess I'll do the cornering thing again, but someone always walks in. |

When I'm put in that situation, I make sure to have a gift on hand for the non-smokers. For example, I had a party over the summer and I was buying cigars for most of the guys, but two aren't smokers. For them, I found out what their indulgence is and got it for them. One wanted hard to find Dutch beer and the other wanted a small bottle of really good bourbon. |

I agree with what Dallas said. For the guys who don't have an appreciation for a good cigar, find out what they like and get that. Everyone has a vice. |

Dallas and Winchester, you've got the best solution to the problem. I know some relatives who wouldn't turn their back on a certain brand of liquor and another who loves fine olives. They wouldn't know what to do with a fine Cuban. |

My Christmas gifts are all wrapped and ready to hand out. Santa is giving four people a nice little treat in the form of Romeo & Julietas. |

I think you should buy other gifts for those guests who aren't smoking, that would surely ease your burden
Happy Holidays!

I don't think it's that hard - simply prepare other gifts for the ones who don't smoke, like candies or spirits, for example. I'm sure everyone would be happy to receive a gift. |

Give them something else, they will be glad to receive a nice gift from you. |

I will join everyone else on this forum - just give them something else instead, it's seems quite easy to me. |
