I got a cabinet of Cohiba Robustos. The yellow ribbon around the cigars is blank, nothing written on it at all. Is this normal for cabs of Cohibas. FYI, I ordered them from 1001 Cuban Cigars.com.
Any ideas?

Hello AlexC,
I know that you've already forgot about the question, however, the yellow ribbon around cigars should be blank. I never noticed any letters on it.
Did you mean the ribbon around a bunch of cigars?

Hello AlexC! And welcome aboard!
I know nothing about the website you mentioned, so I don't know what kind of cigars they sent you. Could you please post the picture of your Robustos here, so that we could tell for sure if everything is ok with them?

Yes, it doesn't have to have any letters or inscriptions on it.

I've noticed that some boxes have an inscription on their ribbon, and the others - not. Maybe, it is not even that important and depends on the batch?

So, Alex, have you smoked them yet or still hesitating about their authenticity?
